Worst place to live

I lived there from 2020 to 2024 and as long as I did what the manger and her husband and the owners wanted , which was to pay more than I owed , let people steal from me and put up with constant threats of eviction if I didn't do what they wanted which ended in illegally evicting me from a space number I never lived at and never signed a lease for, towing away two of my vehicles illegally for a violation of a code I never agreed to and that my vehicles were not in violation of anyways and have made it so that my fiancee can't do his job as an ihss worker for his elderly handicap mom who still lives in a cockroach infested,broken toilet , non handicapped accessible studio apartments which they won't even keep up to code.
