Repairs takes forever!

We put in a work request to have repairs done over a month ago, and while just 2 of the 5 problems have been fixed. We are still waiting on our master bath floor that's falling in and soft that the maintenance man says will be a whole day job but not yet started, we have been waiting for over a year for the skirting at the back of our trailer to be fixed and I feel my inquiries are being ignored by the management company. The owners don't care about this place or if anything gets done. All they care about is making money! If we could find another place to live we would leave.
