Park Management will not pay for services they either neglect or refuse to pay for.

We had a tree cut down and the park charged us 10% of the cost, park management was on site helping on the job, they never finished the job. leaving a 15' tall stump. After 4 years of asking for the job to be be completed we hired someone to take down the remaining 15' of the tree still standing costing us an additional $450 that the park management will not pay. We had a plumbing problem with a sewer backup. We called park management twice and left a message. They never returned our call. We called Bondy Plumbing and the came out and fixed the problem which was outside of the house on park property. The plumber documented on the bill that there was a clog in the sewer line 30' from the house, Park management refuses to refund us for the expense
