Stay away from Rose Garden in Surprise

Don’t consider Rose Garden on your list of well maintained, gated, well managed, and affordably priced, safe, fifty-five + communities. The front security gate is always broken. The streets are always in bad repair. Entire park smells bad from old broken sewage and water pipes. Lot rentals are very expensive per month. The awful Cal Am management here at Rose Garden only care about the grounds and property itself, not on residents concerns. Cal Am has had terrible ratings on all of their properties. This one is no exception. Please see my review on Google for pictures.
