Terrible place, Terrible management

I have lived here since 2019. The manager. Martha is extremely rude and confrontational. The two ladies who run this place should have retired years ago. They will raise your rent ridiculous amounts. The water is not consumable and they keep doubling the bills. This is well water and it's disgusting. My rent was raised $135 from one month to the next. There is virtually no maintenance done to the place. The roads are horrible. None of the street lights work. Very unsafe at night. Overall, an awful place to live.
