Tenants needs are never addressed

Terrible potholes, ppl not on the lease causing chaos to decent tenants, annual rent increase as of past 3 or 4 years by $50, Gets new stuff ppl didn’t ask for, makes the tenant pay for it while doing none of the actual things that would make the park nicer. Park has potential but needs work.
