SEPTIC TANKS AND SEWER LINES NEED TO BE REPLACED!!!!!

Unsanitary conditions as feces run in tenants yards and down the street. The smell is awful. New owners have trimmed some trees and sprayed the street and driveways but this place still needs A LOT of work. Very hard to get responses from any management, owners, etc. At the present time I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. The homes they are selling to tenants are so basic and some falling a part. The price is $40,000 but my bank told me at $750.00-$800.00 a month for 22 years (their terms) this small home will have cost me $199,000. I THINK I WILL MOVE ON to a cleaner place.
