Clean and quiet

I've lived here for 5 years, my mother and brother have lived here over 29 years, and it's a clean and quiet neighborhood, the listing is incorrect in that it says water and garage are included in the lot rent, it's not but it does include the septic tank, but you're responsible for having it cleaned when needed, best advice is to have the management have it cleaned before you move in, but you won't find a more affordable place to live, it's a month to month lease so no long term obligations but they're very strict on the rental being paid on time and they're also strict on keeping your lot clean and neat
